FCA US Honored for Helping Latinas Embrace Hispanic Heritage

When it comes to diverse workplaces, FCA US LLC offers a world of opportunity. This year, the company placed ninth on a list of the best companies for Hispanic women to work in the U.S by LATINA Style magazine. This is the 12th time that FCA US has earned a top position on the LATINA Style 50 report since it was established in 1997.

LATINA Style magazine is considered the most influential publication reaching the contemporary Hispanic woman. More than 800 corporations were evaluated.

On February 4, 2016, the LATINA Style 50 Awards Ceremony and Diversity Leaders Conference was held in Washington, D.C. Accepting the honor on behalf of FCA US was Mary Ann Capo, Dodge Product Marketing Senior Manager. Capo is the Company’s highest-­ranking Latina. She also received a special profile in the LATINA Style 50 Annual report.
